JBoss Tools do empty deploy on first server start

Do this steps:

1. Add an ear project on server

2. Publish and start server

3. All right, project working!

4. Close and open Eclipse

5. Start server

6. Empty project is deployed, project not working!

This is consistent, every time server is started after Eclipse restart all published projects are republished empty.

There is some config to stop this behavior?

Which version of JBoss Tools? Which version of Eclipse? Which JDK? What OS? Can you attach a sample project? To what type of server are you deploying?

I will try to create a sample project, but it is a Maven multimodule EAR for JEE 7

Here a sample project. There is much internal dependencies, maybe it cannot be adjusted.

In the meanwhile, I tested many settings. 2 of them almost worked:

- Enabled compressed deploy. This solves empty deploy, but each deploy for simple changes is slow and reset session.

- Disable deploy on server start (eclipse). This removes the empty deploy on server start, but on any simple resource change an empty deploy is made.

Better one.

Just create an project based on archetype "org.jboss.spec.archetypes:jboss-javaee6-webapp-ear-archetype".

This archetype is very close of our project definition. Behavior was replicated with success, empty deploy remains.
