How can I download EAP 7.1 development releases?

I'd like to download the EAP 7.1.0.DR3 development release referenced in JIRA, but I'm having trouble finding a link.  Can someone please point me in the right direction?

As far as I know, those aren't meant to be consumable/accessible to the external world and instead are meant to be available for internal (testing).

Yes, EAP 7 development releases are available in Red Hat internal repository, you will not be able to download that

Note that all EAP releases are not available for download.

Some will be available without having a subscription (and a login to access.redhat.com), see this link Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform Download | Red Hat Developers

But it will be only a major version or maybe a Beta.

Anyway, you can use the WildFly project @github to verify it as the issue should be fixed here as well.
