Multiple CLOSE_WAIT connection shwoing in netstat -an output

Getting multiple error every minutes.

Thanks for reply.. Please suggest how to get full exception stack?

For your information ,we are facing issue every day at 5:30 PM IST to 7:40 PM..  Number of CLOSE_WAIT connection increase very fastly and then application performance is very slow ..
