Due to performance reasons we've configured our access log with autoflush="false".
This has the desired effect, but on our QA systems (admittedly, with less traffic compared to live environments) we don't see anything appearing in the logs, even after days.
What is the condition under which log statements are actually flushed to disk, when autoflush="true"?
