Generate diagram from API

Hello,

I am currently looking for a solution to generate diagrams via an API.

I need to export to the format image (PNG and possibly SVG).

To build them, I can do it manually via the Objects, or directly loader as input BPMN file (without DI).
So an automatic positioning or layout calculation is welcome.

I am in java in a batch environment, I do not have full application management and process execution.

Any solution is welcome if necessary.

There is no such API available through which we can generate process image. Currently we can generate process image through REST API exposed by jbpm-console.

ok, so my way is maybe to expose a rest application to load, auto-layout and export final image of the process ?

jbpm-console is a good candidate for that ?
