Unknown gateway direction

Hi ,

I am getting below error while using Gateway condition.

unable to parse xml : Exception class java.lang.IllegalArgumentException : Unknown gateway direction: Unspecified

I have tried with fresh installation also but the error persists. Any comments will be appreciated . Thanks.

share BPMN process definition and jbpm version you are using

The problem is in your BPMN diagram.

Have you designed from scratch or it's imported?

I am using Redhat Jboss BPM Suite 6.4 .

Below is BPMN process :

The error means that it is not able to determine the direction of a gateway:

• gateway can be fan out - 1 arrow in and 2 or more arrow out
• gateway can be fan in - 2 or more arrow in and 1 arrow out
• no other options are admitted.

So I suggest you to remove Gate 2 and 3 that are meaningless.

Why did you model it in such way?
