Translating workbenches to dutch

Hi,

I want to start translating the workbenches to Dutch. I found zanata, which I think you are using for the translations and one of the projects. I can even add translations for other languages if I want, so I think I'm all setup correctly. However, I cannot seem to figure out how to add a new language, as dutch is not defined in the languages yet. Can anyone help me out setting this up?
