1. Re: Jboss Registration
ctomc Sep 20, 2017 9:32 AM (in response to jbenthusiast)Support is available by Red Hat (who bought JBoss) in form of JBoss EAP server.
more about that can be found at Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (JBoss EAP)
Where you can also find info about support.
As it goes for AS7.1.1 as such is not supported.
But this version of JBoss AS, was base for EAP 6.0, which has since gotten quite few updates and is still commercially supported.
In your case what you would want it to use supported EAP 6.x

jbenthusiast Sep 20, 2017 11:43 PM (in response to ctomc)Dear Tomaz,
Actually My Question is Q1). whether I can have JBOSS Support for my current unregistered Jboss-AS-7.1.1 ?
Q2.) If I want to get support for my current Jboss-AS-7.1.1, how could I register it ?
Thanks & Kind Regards

jaikiran Sep 22, 2017 12:48 AM (in response to jbenthusiast)I believe Tomaz already answered those questions in his reply. But to make it clear - Red Hat does not provide (paid) support for the *community versions* of JBoss Application Server/ WildFly. You are using JBoss AS 7.1.1 which is a community application server and as such you can't get official support for this edition. Users of the community edition can just hope for help from the volunteer driven community.

jbenthusiast Oct 7, 2017 8:02 PM (in response to jaikiran)Hi jaikiran,
Is that means if I pay dollors ($) and registered with my current version of "JBoss AS 71.1.Final" I still can't get the support from them ???
THank you & Regards,

jaikiran Oct 8, 2017 3:11 AM (in response to jbenthusiast)I thought the replies were clear and would have answered your question already, but if it hasn't then all I can suggest is contact Red Hat sales Contact sales and ask them your question and see what they suggest.
