    Applications being undeployed at shutdown

      Hi,

We have a number of Wildfly 9.0.2 servers running as services on Windows Server 2012.  These servers are configured to restart (via a Powershell script run from Task Scheduler) every morning.  Occasionally I see the following message in server.log:

Deployment was previously deployed by this scanner but has been removed from the server deployment list by another management tool. Marker file C:\Applications\wildfly-9.0.2.Final\standalone\deployments\XXX.war.undeployed is being added to record this fact.

This happens for all applications running on the server.  The applications are then undeployed and aren't available for use until the .undeployed files are manually removed from standalone\deployments.  As far as I know, there are no other management tools doing anything on the server.

So far I've only ever seen this on test servers, but our live instances are configured in exactly the same way and I'm just worried that at some point, applications won't be available because of this issue.

      Can anyone make any suggestions?

      Thanks,

      Raj.

Edited to add: when I googled the message, I got a link to the RedHat Knowledgebase: JBAS015018: Deployment was previously deployed by this scanner but has been removed from the server deployment list by a…  but I can't view this content
