I created JBTM-2987
I will do PR for it and for JBTM-2583 for quickstarts.
However for changing defaults in Spring Boot that would be a separate process?
After JBTM-2987 is fixed and once it is integrated into EAP, then the whole 'Periodic recovery can occur on committed transactions' entry can be removed from Limitations of the XA Recovery Process?
