is seam 2 actually now ?

i may know if Seam2 is good at now

or there are other application framework (spgin, wicket,...)  ?

my objective

I have an old application seam web

internal only, intranet

jsf + ejb + mysql

low traffic load

low persistence

I am trying to update (maven, git) inside this old application

I ask myself if is good continuos with Seam2

Hi,

Seam 2 (latest was something like 2.3.1.Final) is already not developed nor maintained few  years. You can check GitHub - seam2/jboss-seam: http://www.seamframework.org/Seam2 - Seam 2: enterprise Java development framework. You can consider migration to Apache Deltaspike or maybe just vanilla CDI + JSF. You can take a look at Migration from Seam 2 to CDI/DeltaSpike and Home · seam/migration Wiki · GitHub.
