How do I apply hot-deploy on wildfly 10?

I’m currently useing wildfly version of 10.1.0.Final.

I’m trying to apply hot-deploy on wildfly.

So I googled and found the website below.

And I tried as instruction on website but hot-deploy doesn’t applied.

If the instruction on website above is right, I will attach log when start and can you tell me which setting is missed?

And if the instruction on website is incorrect, how do I apply hot-deploy on wildfly?

※ hot-deploy is deploy widhout application service not stop.
