JBoss AS "run.bat" no response

I have installed JBoss AS 7.1.1.Final and tried to run with run.bat and got no response. The JAVA_HOME is under C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_151  and

"JBoss AS" is inatalled in C:\software\JBoss

Could please help me to resolve this.. Thanks

Could you please attach server log or stack trace?  which shows any error or exception during server startup.

How are you running your EAP ?

Please start your EAP by using either "standalone.bat" file or "domain.bat" file.

Please try and let us know if you face any issue.

JBoss AS 7.1 does not work with Java 8. You'd need to use a newer version of WildFly or JBoss EAP if you require Java 8 support.
