Permission to write Poll

Hi,

Sometimes we want to get feedback about a specific topic in the community, but we don't have permissions to write a poll in some spaces.

For example: WildFly Arquillian Hibernate

It would be great if a user group or individual user can write poll and be published after being approved by an administrator.
