How to add datasource in wildfly 14?

Im trying add a datasource in wildfly 14, but every time im getting "connection is not valid". Im trying to add mysql datasource. I checked many forums and nothing helped. Can someone tell me how to do this step by step?

If you are using the wizard, use the custom template, as the mysql template will set the old mysql driver names.
