jboss as 7 designer.war deployment failing

The only message I see is the following even though I enabled TRACE logging!

"Deployment content C:\jbpm-installer\jboss-as-7.0.2.Final\standalone\deployments\designer.war appears to be incomplete and is not progressing toward completion. This content cannot be auto-deployed."

What does it mean?

Nevermind. I added "designer.war.dodeploy" file in the deployments folder and it was deployed.

I had the same issue on UNIX-system and solved it by extending permissions of my artifact to 755. Maybe it helps somebody.
