Is Wildfly and all its files under LGPL license or GPL license?

Wildlfy.org states that Wildfly is the under LGPL license.  However when we scan WF10 files a few of them come up under GPL:

jboss-transaction-api_1.2_spec-1.0.0.Final.jar

jboss-jsp-api_2.3_spec-1.0.1.Final.jar

openjdk-orb-8.0.5.Final.jar

Do these files have the "GPL Classpath exception"?

So does this mean that all files/libraries in WF10 and WF14 that are under the GPL license have classpath exceptions? In otherwords can Wildfly 10 or 14 be distributed "as-is" like LGPL allows?
