Is there any news regarding the modeshape project?

We use modeshape in our product and we would like to know if there is a roadmap or if the project is dead. We have to evaluate if we should keep modeshape in our product or if we have to look for alternatives...

Not yet....

We have been merging some PR's over the past few months... though slowly.  There are only a few active/semi-active contributors at the moment.
