C API for distributed transaction management

I have a C application where we are planning to replace Tuxedo and Oracle with Narayana and PostgreSQL. But PostgreSQL does not have a C API for distributed transaction management.

I want to check whether we can avoid this challenge by retaining Oracle instead of Postgres.

Do we have a C API for distributed transaction management which can be used by Narayana?

BlackTie is a C implementation of X/Open TX and XATMI specification and as such you can write distributed transactional services with it. We do have an example quickstart that shows how enlist an Oracle database in such a distributed transaction.
