Is it possible to store Drools rule file(drl) in database and load dynamically from database?

question 1 : Is it possible to create drools rule file (drl) base on input selection dynamically at runtime?

question 2 : I need a solution to store and read  rule file (drl) from database. I want to load dynamically from database. Is it possible?
