how to improve startup time in Thorntail?

I use thorntail in my project, when i run project with thorntail runner i have two problems:

1- Startup time is too long

2- Thorntail runner uses AppData\Local\Temp and fill my hard disk.

My question is how to improve thorntail startup time and prevent fill hard disk?

Also development with above problems is very hard

Try to disable your virus scanner.

Thanks for reply, How to prevent grow tmp files? my Thorntail generate many tmp files in App data
