I have been using JBoss 2.4.4/tomcat-3.2.3 for EJB 1.1 web apps, and now I need to migrate to EJB 2.0. I have downloaded and installed JBoss 3.0 RC1 (smooth install and port modifications, good job guys) and have begun looking for info on building the jboss-specific persistence xml file as well as instructions for jboss-specific deployment requirements for version 3.0. I bought the JBoss CMP 2.0 doc for version 3.0 about 3 or 4 months ago but decided not to venture forth using the beta version (I assume a RC is much more stable), anyway my questions are:
- Is the CMP 2.0 doc still accurate or are there "errata" pages somewhere?
- Has anyone developed an open-source tool to auto-generate any required JBoss xml files for cmp 2.0?
I was using an open-source plugin for JBuilder 5.0 Enterprise that does generate all JBoss xml files but it only works for ejb 1.1 not 2.0.
