We have just released JBoss Cache 1.2.4. In addition to the previous beta version, this final release contains couple additional bug fixes. Most importantly, Brian Stansberry has put in a lot of effort to complete the marshalling layer, including the initial state transfer (under marshalling.) Now a user can register its own class loader under a cache region.
