        well, there was an early and kind reply on the openlaszlo "installation help" forum, by the user senshi

        which says: <<Using JBoss 6.0 with OpenLaszlo 4.9.0, the error report was a bit more detailed. There seems to be some kind of conflict with the default jboss configuration resp. shipped libraries and the libraries included in the openlaszlo-4.9.0.war application file. Googling for that error showed up some reports with the same stacktrace, maybe that's a known error for the jboss folks?>>

        i am posting here udates, just because senshi points out that id could be something related to jboss, so  if any jboss expert is willing to dig there...

        i'm not able to understand what is happening.. otherwise, is not crucial to me but maybe interesting for other jboss users also!

          Try stripping the WAR from all saxon and other XML stuff for at start
