I'm going to be taking over the Spock stuff, so feel free to contact me and we'll get it sorted out it quick order
As for the EasyB stuff it looks like the extension hooks that are exposed are a little lacking for what we'd want to do with Arquillian, though I'd be happy to be proven wrong.
Quick update. Early alpha version is available on github. It's based on the latest Arquillian snapshot (1.0.0.Final-SNAPSHOT).
Tested with Groovy 1.8, Spock 0.5 and Weld EE Embedded container 1.1
More to come soon.
Nice work Bartosz!
Thanks Aslak. Actually without your nice prototype it would be much harder
I'm planning to convert Arquillian showcase to use Spock, let's see how it will work.
yea, add some Spock based tests to the showcase as well.
Have you looked at easyb at all?
I've already started digging into the plugins part of easyb. Looks not as straightforward as Spock (well, I'm not a Groovy expert... yet ) but I will spend some more time on it and share the findings here once I'm back from holidays in 2 weeks.
Apologies for dredging up an old thread.
I'm interested in using Arquillian with Easyb and would like to know if the easyb+Arquillian integration ever matured?
