Is GateIn still an active project?

I don't get the feeling that GateIn is still being actively developed. Am I wrong? I know theat GateIn 3.2.0 M01 was released in July, but I have not seen anything about a General Release and I have not seen any of the developers post any updates since.

Try the following svn command:

svn log -l 200 http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/gatein/portal/trunk/

This will list the last 200 commits into active development branch (trunk) of the portal. Looks like an average is about 3 commits per day. And there are other components that are not part of this source ...

I'd say the project is quite active, but maybe not in ways you expect it to be active?

You can also look at the Jira page.

Yes, it is not active in a visible way. If you look at SVN or Jira, you see activity, but there is very little activity on their blog or twitter feed.
