Switchyard error store/fault sink documentation

The documentation here https://community.jboss.org/wiki/ErrorAndFaultHandling mentions an error store or fault sink that will be used to store faults if no fault handler is specified and implies that there is further documentation available. However I searched the documentation available on jboss.org, including forums, docs.redhat.com and the web, but couldn't find any documentation on how to actually configure or use the error store/fault sink. Does anyone know where to find it?

That page is admittedly very old, and the design and implementation of SwitchYard has taken quite a few turns since then.

Currently, there is no "Fault Sink". I will defer to our project lead w/r/t the possibility of its existence in the future...

There is no default error store in SY 1.0, but you can register an ErrorListener or an ExchangeInterceptor to catch errors and log/store/process them as needed. It is certainly possible that we will use this mechanism in the future to provide an error store, OOTB, but that didn't make it for 1.0.
