It's not the src (source code) distro you want to install, try the binary!

Or if you really installed the src distro and built the server you should find the output under "build/output"

You can find older JBoss releases at http://www.jboss.org/jbossas/downloads or newer Wildfly (the new name of the JBoss AS) at http://wildfly.org/download/
