    Fuse IDE 2.1 error creating a new container via SSH

      I am having issues connecting my Fuse IDE with a remote Fabric.  I successfully connect with the initial root server and multiple containers are displayed however if I try to create a new container via SSH I get a null pointer exception dialog and in the FuseIDE log file


      Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Username should be part of the url or explicitly specified
