You guys are asking same question again, if the metadata is same then you need only single VDB, when "NameInSource" property is defined as I described above. I have given examples and links above as how to achieve it. I suggest, you use simple JDBC client like SquirreL and try to connect to each database and execute

select * from dbo.TB1

see if that works on both without any modification, if that does Teiid will work. If not consult your DBA as to why fully qualified name is required to access your MS SQL, and why it is ignoring the access as described in the link I provided above.
