    Error when a date_time function is pushed down to PostgreSQL

      Hi,

       

      I have a table in PostgreSQL with a column defined as timestamp.

       

      When I run this query:

      SELECT mod(dayofweek(a.orderdate),5) FROM "pg.orders" a
      

       

      the following exception is thrown:

      The function "dayofweek" is rewritten using the "extract" function but it seems that the result of the "extract" function should be an integer and not a double.

      As a workaround, I tried to add an explicit cast to integer but it didn't help.

       

      Is there an issue in the rewriting or am I doing something wrong?
