My client's IT landscape uses JBPM 4.2. There is a plan to use latest version of JBPM that is 6.3. I heard from someone that JBPM community provides technical support to JBPM for both version 4.2 and 6.3. If JBPM community provides support then few questions I have for both versions 4.2 and 6.3:
What is yearly support cost?
Does support covers L1, L2, L3 all or just L3 support?
Does it include upgradation, patch fixes and troubleshooting?
As JBPM is open source but does it cost any licensing charges?
