If you're running in domain mode, then the domain/configuration/domain.xml configuration is where you should be looking.
Also, look at the "ha" profile, as its set as the default. You can check at the bottom of the file for: <server-group name="main-server-group" profile="ha"> as to what's its current profile setting.
No matter what I tried to do on domain.xml file, the result was always an error at Wildfly startup, usually saying that it wasn't expecting a parameter at that point.
The only way I found to change this configuration was through the jboss-cli. I issued the following commands and after that I stopped receving the warnings:
To add, edit the domain.xml when offline on the "master" node. The configuration in the domain mode is shared across all the nodes.
I noticed that the async-thread-pool-max-thread-count is persisted at domain.xml, and it doesn't change after reboots of the Wildfly. But, the async-thread-pool is not, I can't find it on domain.xml and when I restart Wildfly the value I set at jboss-cli is lost.
Is this a bug or this parameter is persisted elsewhere?
I'm running Wildfly10.0.0.Final with Teiid 9.1.0
