In Teiid user writes a transformation, that converts the XML into a relational table. So, that is a user activity. You can use the Teiid Designer and its wizard to do this, use the XML functions in Teiid to define the transformation in the dynamic VDB. There are examples in the documentation for this.

yes I understood that soap response is in XML and I find it in example where XML function is used to parse the XML and converted into table. But this is at design time(Before running).
I need to do this at run time dynamically.
Is there any way to create schema definition dynamically depend on SOAP response XML ?

Unfortunately, there is no way to define a new View at runtime, at most you can do is at deployment time by developing a new translator. But let's say you have View defined, you can change the transformation of the View. Note that does not change view layout like column definitions, just underlying transformation.
