I was trying to download the latest version (5.4.0) but for some reason the Downloads and Documentation links seem to be broken:

Google results for the 5.4.0 downloads page are returning Not Found:

I can't find any official comment on this; does anyone know why these were taken down and if/when they will be brought back online?
