After you selected New->File->XHTML, put an attribute name, expand "Template" field and select your template.

It should appear there automatically after you created and saved it. BTW, how are you creating and saving it, within Studio?

Ok. let me explain My steps.
1) create and save new page and modify as you need
2) open web project view
3) right-click on created page
4) "save as template"
5) Try to create one more page.
There should be possible to use created template. -

2) Web Projects View - right click on created page
3) save as template
4) Try to create one more page - there template will be accessible. -

There is "Import JSF Project". When i choose my web.xml:
" File is not recognized as web descriptor file."
????
