Do you have anything deployed (EAR, WAR)? Nothing is mounted to root. I am pretty sure this is covered in FAQ forum somewhere.
But it's my first time to access to jboss.
I had done nothing,
just to put it on my system(winxp).
YES,I COULD SEE SOMETHING,
BUT is it means nothing wrong with my jboss?
your jboss is fine
This question seems to pop up quite often. Apparently, beginners find it very confusing that when JBoss is running, nothing can be seen on "8080/". Maybe it's an idea to include a simple war in the default JBoss deployment that simply shows a message like "Congratulations, you've correctly installed JBoss! If you want to deploy your own webapp on root you must do this and this, etc. bla bla bla"? Apache has (or used to have) something similar. Could be quite helpful for newbies....
Thanks to every kind man,
I think Peter's idea is a good idea to newbie like me
any way ,
