It apparently works, but by default logs byte data excessively. Note that this assumes that the Apache side was still configured with mod_jk, but JBoss/Tomcat was run with default settings. So, ignore the instructions on configuring Tomcat, unless you can figure out how tto stop the dumping. If you do, please post it.
Add the following to your JBOSS_HOME/server/default/conf/log4j.xml (or appropriate run-time instance for JBoss) to filter the logging output:
<!category name="org.apache.jk"> <!priority value="WARN"/> <!/category>
Remove the '!' as these are just inserted so the log4j.xml fragment is displayed - this release of the forum software seems to be brain-dead.
