I'm guessing you have jboss-3.0.0?
Otherwise, do you have a message in the logs saying
jmx-console.war is deployed?
Good Morning Adrian,
Thanks for your response...
http://localhost:8082/jmx-console gives me the standard ie message "This page cannot be displayed".
The out.txt looks good, here are the last dozen lines of it...

Here is the one line in localhost_access2003-03-23.txt...
220.127.116.11 - - [23/Mar/2003:04:33:17 -0800] "GET /jmx_console HTTP/1.1" 500 866
The following may be relevant:
* uninstalled and reinstalled jboss_tc a few times
* renamed directory jboss3.0.4_tomcat-4.1.12 to jbosstc.
* removed the environment variable CATALINA_HOME
* in registry removed references to jboss3.0.4_tomcat-4.1.12
hope this helps,
Yes, that was a typo - actually is 127.0.0.1
Here is the full message when "http://localhost:8080/jmx-console" is tried ...
HTTP Status 500 - No Context configured to process this request
type: Status report
message: No Context configured to process this request
description: The server encountered an internal error (No Context configured to process this request) that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
I just spotted /jmx_console in your previous post.
It should be /jmx-console
Looked promising but was just another typo - I actually was using jmx_console. Sorry for the confusion.
Ignore that last message - now I am really embarassed!
I had read you message a few hours ago and managed to get mixed up again.
You were right, I just worked!!!!
