difference between Jboss and Dummy Transaction

hi all,

I had a problem in differentiating "JBossTransactionManagerLookup" and "DummyTransactionManagerLookup".

Please tell me how to configure "JbossTransactionManagerLookup" in JBoss Tree Cache.
I would understand better with an example.

DummyTransactionManager is mostly for testing only. If you use transaction, you should configure JBossTransactionManager. Otherwise, you can also leave it blank.

ok, if i use "JbossTransactionManagerLookup" do i have to configure it in XML file other than PropertyFileConfigurator.xml file.

I am using "UserTransaction" , so are there any other configurations to be done in JBoss Environment.
Also are there any document where i can find the configuration details for
"JbossTransactionManagerLookup" , please send me the link.
cause, i did not find any config information in the documentation given by the Jboss Tree Cache docs.

You really don't need any additional configuration once you specify the JBossTransactionManagerLookup if you run it under JBoss AS. We will do a JNDI JTA lookup when it is instantiated.
