JBug: Czech

3 Posts authored by: Ondrej Zizka

Termín ukončení registrace témat diplomových prací na českých IT fakultách se blíží.

Po ty, kteří ještě nemají vybráno, nabízíme několik možných témat, která by vedl někdo z  brněnského JBossu.

Viz diplomky.jboss.cz . (Případně můžete navrhnout vlastní téma.)

This works now:

SELECT @a \\:= 1, @b \\:= 2, @a + @b

Thanks to Strong Liu's fix:

https://hibernate.onjira.com/browse/HHH-2697

However, you need to modify the query, which I don't like as it's not "native" then.

It should be fixed by looking ahead for the '='.

But that would be much more complex  - := is MySQL specific, and therefore implementing that would involve moving this exception to Dialect.

In case JBoss AS 7 gives you  an exception like this...

Caused by: org.jboss.as.server.deployment.DeploymentUnitProcessingException: Unexpected character '=' (code 61); expected a semi-colon after the reference for entity 'characterSetResults'

...you forgot to escape JDBC URL in your datasource definition.

Replace & with &  (as & is a start of XML entity) and that should fix it.
