Problems accessing jsp/html

Hi,
I just installed the latest version of jboss - jboss-3.0.0_tomcat-4.0.3. When I hit the url http://localhost:8080, it is throwing me an exception - 13:24:42,244 INFO [Engine] StandardHost[localhost]: MAPPING configuration error
for request URI. But when I started the tomcat(catalina) server seperately I was able to see the welcome page of the tomcat server. Can anyone help me out of this?

This is OK, because in the tomcat configuration in the jboss/tomcat integration there is no default webapp configured.

Deploy an webapp and try http://localhost:8080/webapp to check if everything works fine.

What I wanted is a way to access the servlets deployed in tomcat.

It's the same way as you would if you were running tomcat in standalone mode.

Look at the tomcat documentation for an example.

Simplified:
You write your servlets, you put them somewhere where tomcat can find them and then write a WEB.xml file with your config.
.jsp Files can be accessed with http://localhost:8080/webapp/path_to_your_jsp_file.jsp
