Deploy an webapp and try http://localhost:8080/webapp to check if everything works fine. -

sharkman Aug 2, 2002 3:35 AM (in response to muthiah)It's the same way as you would if you were running tomcat in standalone mode.
Look at the tomcat documentation for an example.
Simplified:
You write your servlets, you put them somewhere where tomcat can find them and then write a WEB.xml file with your config.
.jsp Files can be accessed with http://localhost:8080/webapp/path_to_your_jsp_file.jsp
