3. No web.xml is generated
lelle Apr 29, 2004 10:45 AM (in response to fkclai)I've spent quite a few days getting the precompilation of JSPs to work.
Finally I've succeeded in compiling my JSP-pages to java-files and those files to class-files. One thing remains though that annoys me enormously - no "fractioned" web.xml file is generated by JspC!
I'm using ant as follows:
gen.mappings points to my_build_directory/gen_mappings.xml
I don't even get a compilation message that tells me why the xml is not generated. Please help me out! -
4. Re: No web.xml is generated
lelle Apr 29, 2004 10:51 AM (in response to fkclai)This is my ant task that doesn't show in my task above:
-|jspc classpathref="jsp.precompile.path"
compiler= "jasper41"
verbose="9"
failonerror="true"
destdir="${jsp.precompile.dir}"
package="se.ericsson.ebc.emtsnweb"
webinc="${gen.mappings}"
uriroot="${basedir}/wbmweb"
srcdir="${basedir}/wbmweb"|-
-|include name="**/*.jsp" /|-
-|/jspc|-
-| is an opening bracket, |- is a closing bracket.
Sorry, I'm a newbie on this forum's syntax...
