veroland Nov 5, 2007 2:24 AM (in response to veroland)The problem with the -b flag is server wide, we have 2 web apps running on one instance at the moment and want to allow only a certain ip range to access the one web app whereas the other one needs to allow all.

peterj Nov 5, 2007 11:20 AM (in response to veroland)You can provide only a single IP address with the -b option (with 0.0.0.0 having the special mean of any address). This is a limitation of the socket library that underlies the Java network layer, and thus is not fixable in either JBoss AS nor in Java itself. Unfortunately no good workarounds exist.

veroland Nov 5, 2007 11:27 AM (in response to veroland)I can find lots of documentation on how to do this in previous versions of JBoss AS when Apache was still a separate module, but nothing for the new one. I'm sure it must be possible
