Does embedded JOPR conflicts with standalone JOPR?

Does JOPR embedded conflicts with standalone JOPR?
I have just installed JBoss 5.1.0.GA and it does not appear in JOPR 2.2.1 b704 however JBoss 4.2.3.GA is present. I also have done manual autodiscovery several times and nothing was found. JBoss 5.1.0.GA starts OK:

I can connect to JBoss 5.1.0.GA using jconsole.
JBoss 5.1.0.GA, 4.2.3.GA, JOPR server and agent - everything is on one machine with fixed IP address. There is neither bind port conflict nor errors during booting JBosses.

JBoss 5.1.0.GA is my first JBoss which does not appears in JOPR so just would like to know if:
1. this is embedded JOPR conflict?
2. architecture change which makes JOPR standalone incompatibile,
3. If JOPR standalone is not compatibile with JBOss 5.1.0.GA will it be fixed in future releases?

Jopr 2.2.x does not support managing AS 5.x. Jopr trunk contains support for EAP 5.0 and should also support AS 5.2 when it comes out. AS 5.1 is not supported and will probably not be supported in the future.
