Add sources option is disabled?

Hi,

I'm following the guide here:

http://docs.jboss.org/teiid/6.0/quick-start-guide/en-US/html/designer.html

which is very useful. However i'm stuck at the bit that says:

"Use the add transformation sources button"

This button is disabled. I've created a view model, with a new base table, and the project has other source models which I was intending to pick from.

It says "We'll select source tables and Use the add transformation sources button"

I dont see where I do that? I can't see why this button is disabled?

It seems i'm nearly there, so hopefully one last bit of help will allow me to get things going!

Dan,

The Add Transformation Sources action is enabled based on selection.

With the Transformation Editor open, select your source table(s) in the Model Explorer. The button should enable.

You can also right-click select "Modeling > Add Transformation Sources" action from the Model Explorer Tree.

Many thanks, I see now! Dont know why i couldnt see that before!!

Usually when clicked on the correct Source Tables this button gets activated
