Unless I totally miss what you are asking for, the answer is a resounding YES. - It comes as part of the JMX part of JBoss. Just browse http://localhost:8082. -

Not quite so. It depends on what type of MBean you are using. This can be achieved through ModelMBean usage (you can use XMBean class). There were discussions about that, but looks like ability to automatically store MBean properties is not yet implemented.
