 into JNDI?

I didn't know if I was able to (from within the EJB application) access the JMX beans directly. I'm assuming that however I access the data at runtime, I'm using JNDI to get the list. But I was after the mechanisms to get at the JXM code. I was hoping that I could use it directly, so I didn't have to worry about maintaining my own list separate from the container's list.

 List list = (List) server.getAttribute(yourObjectName, "YourAttribute");
