1. Re: Using JMX a read list of user names
adrian.brock Apr 29, 2003 8:09 AM (in response to hildo)Why don't you get the MBean to bind the list
into JNDI?

2. Re: Using JMX a read list of user names
hildo Apr 29, 2003 6:05 PM (in response to hildo)I'm very open to suggestions. I didn't know if I was able to (from within the EJB application) access the JMX beans directly. I'm assuming that however I access the data at runtime, I'm using JNDI to get the list. But I was after the mechanisms to get at the JXM code. I was hoping that I could use it directly, so I didn't have to worry about maintaining my own list separate from the container's list.

3. Re: Using JMX a read list of user names
adrian.brock Apr 29, 2003 9:04 PM (in response to hildo)MBeanServer server = (MBeanServer) MBeanServerFactory.findMBeanServer(null).get(0);
List list = (List) server.getAttribute(yourObjectName, "YourAttribute");
